Try before you buy

Every pack has a free 15-question sample in the app. We strongly encourage you to run it before purchasing so you can judge our quality and style firsthand.

14-day guarantee

If a paid pack doesn't meet the standard we describe, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. We may ask what fell short — not to gatekeep, but to fix it.

What isn't covered

• Printed manuals that have been shipped are non-returnable, though defective print copies will be replaced.
• Bundles refunded in full are refunded as a whole, not per component.
• We can't refund based on your exam result — the pack measures readiness; sitting the exam is up to you.

How to request

Send your order reference to support@track-n-test.com or use the contact form with the topic set to “Refund request.” Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
