OK this is for windows users. First do your business with camstudio and output to avi format. The techsmith codec is pretty good but I have found that by using winAVI to reprocess the avi (convert AVI to AVI) I actually get a 900% improvement in compression. So a 30 mb video becomes 3 mb.
