Domain Hunting Secrets

Last year i dabbled with buying expired domains. I found one with 200 or so yahoo links. It was a generic site with mainly chinese traffic. I set up a spammy MFA kind of site with RSS feeds and duplicate articles. I blog and pinged it and submitted the sitemaps and thats it. No further promotion.

A year later this site is getting 2000 uniques a month. Its linked to more now than it was when i bought the domain. With no promotion at all, and it pays me a bit of cash but i can monetize it much better im sure.

There are thousands of expired domains everyday but searching them for decent ones is a pain in the ass. It takes hours to do this manually and is impractical.

Well yesterday i did a big info hunt on domaining and hit paydirt. I found a huge list of sites i can trawl for expired domains – with links. I found the secret software that is exactly what i need to extract the domains i want from these sites – in a matter of seconds.

I have mozzle which is fantastic for checking the domains out but not for extracting the initial lists. The new software takes care of that.

I predict that i will be able to find dozens of expired domains with many links every week with this setup. That is what i need to get things rolling.

I also learned about scripts that can turn these domains into self growing sites – using the allready indexed links and visitor search queries.

The benefits of these domains are even greater with the google slap.
