Yes i am gettin a site indexed and have been using blog and ping but things are moving a bit slow so i want to tag.
 Unfortunately many of them use rel-nofollow so are useless. Here is a list i found that is supposed to pass pagerank.

 I also found a larger list of sites similar to digg and the first one i checked did not have no-follow tags - so there is still some hope for the tagging but i have alot of work to do determining which ones are really passing the links.
